02. Information collected
The contact form requests your name, business email, country, organisation type, primary interest and message. Your organisation name is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal data, information about minors or confidential third-party documents. Technical information may be processed by the hosting and email providers for security and service operation.
03. Purpose and consent
With your prior, informed and explicit consent, we use the information to respond to your enquiry, evaluate the opportunity you describe and maintain the related business communication. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise unrelated marketing.
04. Processing and service providers
Information is sent to the designated NEXPORTUM mailbox and may be stored in business correspondence and enquiry records. Authorised staff and contracted hosting or email providers may process it for these purposes, including through infrastructure outside Colombia where applicable. NEXPORTUM does not sell contact-form data. Any legally required international transfer safeguards remain applicable.
05. Retention and security
Data is retained only for the time needed to address the enquiry and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. Access is limited to the relevant personnel. The form uses validation, a security token and controls against automated abuse. The website itself has no contact database. Hosting security logs and the business mailbox are managed separately.
06. Cookies and external links
The website does not include analytics, advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. The contact endpoint uses a necessary session cookie to prevent forged submissions. Temporary, hashed network identifiers support abuse prevention. Links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn open third-party services with their own privacy policies.
07. Your rights
Under Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and applicable regulations, you may request access, correction, updating and evidence of authorisation; ask how your data has been used; and request deletion or withdraw consent where legally applicable. Requests can be submitted to cgomez@nexportum.com with the information needed to identify the record and the request. Only proportionate identification information will be requested.
08. Enquiries and complaints
Data enquiries are addressed within ten business days; when an extension is needed, the reason and new response date are communicated, within an additional five business days. Complaints are addressed within fifteen business days, extendable by up to eight business days with notice. You may contact Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after completing the applicable enquiry or complaint procedure with the controller.
09. Policy changes
Material changes to purposes or processing conditions will be communicated through this page and, where required, renewed consent will be requested. This website policy covers data submitted through this website; it does not replace project-specific confidentiality or data-processing agreements.
